@naval I think you underestimate how dense and with how much bandwidth a visual (UX/UI) can communicate information and function. An audio "interface" can not compete. Think of an email client, as an example, you would never be able to scan 30 emails in a few seconds with an AI

Why is there not a podcast app that simply allows for bookmarking time stamps? So often there are quotes/pieces of conversations that you want to “pin”. Also sharing a time stamp with a little transcript seems like product value. Anyone? :)

MacWhisper 2.20 was just released, which lets you save your transcripts in a .whisper file (thanks to @id ) , which includes the audio and all your edits. It also has a bunch of improvements throughout, as well as initial support for transcribing podcasts.
