Across all 3 shifts we missed 21 people due to winter storm. Even though there were no advisories or bans (our snow policy) they won't get attendance penalties. Some people lack ability, vehicles, tires to handle bad weather and be safe. More WNY employers should understand that

Yes, @NYGovCuomo , we lived the pain this past spring. Businesses were shuttered. Schools were shutdown. Families were sequestered. Breadwinners were scared. People feared human contact. And, just 12 minutes from my house, 28 people died in one nursing home alone.

People new to following me probably get confused when I criticize both Cuomo AND Trump. Allegedly, you're not supposed to....everyone has to pick a party or side and remain in nice little convenient categories of thought. It shouldn't be that way. Think free, be free, America.

I wish Amazon would do some simple corporate espionage (as in, observe) to figure out what UPS drivers to to be safe for them and motorists. Too often I see parked/idling Amazon trucks creating potential traffic hazards that UPS drivers would never make. It's the little things.

Jason Dunham - the Medal of Honor recipient from Allegany County - would have been 42 today, the birthday of @USMC and eve of Veterans Day. I think often of his sacrifice. He gave all and impacted so many lives.
