firstly i want to say that this is what worked for me. though a mutual used the same method n lost around 3.5 kg in 3 days and u can find lots of people on social media losing weight with this very detox (some b4 & after pics of ppl that did the detox)

• green tea or ginger in the morning w some lemon juice when u wake up • around 8 AM u drink the first smoothie (500 ml) • the second u drink around 12 PM (500 ml) • the last drink u have around 6 PM (500 ml)

• you will need a blender (take note that if ur blender is small u may have to divide and blend each ingredient separately) • something u can measure with,(though i sometimes freestyled) • 3 bottles where 500 ml of juice fits in or just one that u fill up every time.
