Had my 1 on 1 with my manager today. We looked at the numbers & I'm ranked #1 for Sales Engineers. I set out this year to be #1 & I'm doing it. 3 more months & the goal will be met. I wasn't afraid to dream big I don't know if a Blackman has ever been #1 but I'm gone do it.

One thing we don't talk about enough in tech is that it's ok to take a break. You don't have to study on weekends and do labs all day. That will lead you to being burned out and never enjoying the tech journey. Just be consistent and you will have success.
