@CreeCoder You could try to align 4 of those little independent screens next to each other. Then have one virtual screen👨‍🏫 Horizontal: display = [ ['screen1', 'screen2'], ['screen3', 'screen4']] An alternative vertical config would be display = ['screen1', 'screen2', 'screen3', 'screen4']

One of the most valuable things I learned in software is the art of bouncing back from tough times. My career took a turn when I became adept at moving on quickly. Don't let yesterday's problems mess with today – keep going, adapt, and do well.

Timezones are a tricky thing. Did you know you can change Chrome's timezone. Just open the Chrome dev tools. On the right, open the menu. More Tools -> Sensors. You should then be able to select a location. Have timezones caused you troubles? If so, please share :)

Reading the next business book might not be the best use of time. Like reading "How to Scale to $100M" when in reality you have a elevator pitch problem or a product market fit problem. There is a right book for the right time. Yet action always speaks louder than words.

@heydarmen @warhsn @WoodAdamMr Darmen, adding to Warren's statement. I think the secret for us is that we have zero PM's involved. The leads are active engineers themselves. This keeps motivation high, and distractions little. Also we do most communication asynchronously. "Ping" messages or are frowned upon.
