Baby A is healthy and growing on track for 9 weeks, heart rate of 176 bpm. Baby B has shown no improvement, and did not exhibit a heartbeat. Blood flow to him has stopped. I asked for a picture in case I don’t see him next time. +

A bittersweet morning. I am carrying twins atm, as I suspected. Baby A is well, w a strong heartbeat and measuring on target. Baby B is very behind w barely a heartbeat. The doctor suspects I will lose this baby soon and by the next ultrasound or two, he will have “vanished.” +

Went to Walmart w the tribe. Had a lady stop & look at them like they were gum on her shoe & say: “3 boys? Yikes, good luck.” Seen my share on SM of Boy Moms™️ and gals disappointed in seeing pink at a reveal but have also met plenty in real life who openly hate little boys.

There’s a blood clot below him so dr said I may have some bleeding soon. I will meet w a specialist this month and they will help keep track of him and the effects (if any) on baby A. Thank you for everyone’s continued prayers. God is giving me total peace and I’m so thankful.

When my twins were born baby B was gray w low o2 levels. They were about to take him to NICU but the charge nurse said no, let’s put him next to his brother first. They laid them alongside each other & within seconds his levels went up. They stayed together the whole time. 💙💙

We went to a nursery this morning and picked out a crepe myrtle with white blooms for our baby in Heaven. The boys helped plant it in the backyard and we had a little memorial where I buried a letter to him under the tree. I will enjoy watching it grow over the years.

Has also absorbed and completely resolved. I was scared of bleeding so I am so thankful for that! There should be no further complications going forward. God has been really looking out for us through this, praise Him. Next sonogram will be the anatomy scan in mid-May! 🤗

Thought bc I am not super fair, the darkest color was the right choice. Wrong. Switched to black brown/deep brown shades and it sets off the warmth in my eyes and skin tone. Have gotten compliments on my eyes, which never happened before. It’s a trip.

The office I went for my ultrasound loves the Lord and I am so thankful to the tech, who was a pastor’s wife. She noticed the empty sack of the baby I lost and made sure to take a picture for me. Told me that’s one more baby I will meet in Heaven and what a reunion that will be!
