Some big news today, my dad was approved for paired donation! I won’t be receiving his kidney, but someone else will. What that means: living kidney donors are swapped for the best possible outcomes for their recipients. I’m beyond grateful for my parents and their sacrifices 🙏

Update: The doctor said I suffered from an acute kidney injury of some kind—unknown cause—but my body healed and it went away within the few days. My levels are back to normal or at least from where I was in March. I appreciate everyone’s thoughts & prayers. They must have worked
