smth rlly traumatic happened nd i just starved myself (unintentionally for the most part) nd ate 1 small meal every 7 or so days. i didnt even realise i was losing weight until i had already lost like 50lbs i was jst so sad lol

she still is, she made a video abt how she finds it more sustainable for her to have cheat days and lose weight a little slower so she can do it sustainably as opposed to not having cheat days and falling off the wagon

tysm!! π«Άπ» not really, the skin between my thighs is a little soft nd squishy for my liking π but other than that not rlly so i guess i got quite lucky!

i didnt track, i jst didnt eat nd ate
1 small meal every 7 or so days. i went on like 4 or 5 small (10 mins max) walks a day walking my dog and maybe 2 or 3 days a week i would go on a longer (30 mins - 1 hour) walk too. thats the only exercise i did

any other ppl with a high sw get imposter syndrome in being part of the ed community? i would fast for 72 hrs and then eat omad with a cap of 600 cals and repeat and be gaslighting myself into thinking iβd binged or consumed way more calories than i did nd its so triggering

at the time no, i was jst so sad nd had no appetite, luckily it was easy. now im a lil more stable mentally its a lot harder unfortunately π now i jst drink a sf energy drink and watch mukbangs until i feel gross lol

i was vegan for 9 years nd i hated almond milk. but seems a lot of people who consume dairy rlly like it. i much preferred soya milk, which is more cals than almond but much less than dairy milk

iβm on mirtazapine and iβve been debating coming off because it makes me SO hungry and makes my joints hurt but itβs also the only medication thatβs remotely worked ;(
i work from home and so often it can be rlly hard to get my steps in so iβve caved and finally bought a walking pad. itβs only from amazon so iβm hoping itβs half decent
i keep telling myself if i keep working hard, by halloween (my fave time of year) i could be around my goal weight. like october is going to come regardless, so i can either be fat during october or smoller π€·π»ββοΈ
when ur fasting and pass that point of feeling uncomfortable hungry and start to feel full for some reason, my insides jst feel clean idk how to describe it
