@GavinNewsom @GOP @WagnerTonight Texas has no individual income tax. The CA individual income tax rate is considerably more than zero, averaging 15% for middle class individuals. That's before we are nickel and dimed to the poor house with all the other taxes and fees imposed on Californians.
