In response to music festival boycotts, Barclays have issued a statement saying they don't "directly invest" but facilitate shareholding in these companies. This only refers to the £2bn and either way, they profit. They have not yet addressed the £6.1bn in unrestricted loans 🧵

@Concert4Gaza @PSCupdates @BDSmovement @PACBI They added it back up after 2 hours of us posting this, but put barclays to the end of their partners list (when previously it was the second partner after liquid death), and they changed the wording of the barclays paragraph on their website... we are waiting to hear from them
