Shift system requires A LOT more doctors. Not all hospitals can cope. Going to shift system is a major overhaul. Don't be crazy. Start simple lah woi. Mandatory post call off. On call allowance up 25%. Cukup dah tu menjaga kebajikan doktor. It's really not that much.

Senior staff hospital, baik consultant, pakar, penyelia, yang mintak 'sponsor' makan, holiday, kursus, cash comission, sebenarnya mencuri duit kerajaan. Vendors bagi je apa yang diminta. At the end of the day nilai tu akan dimasukkan dalam invois dan kerajaan yang bayar.

@DrHarrizIzwan @fdajesfry Salahguna ED wujud tapi penyelesaiannya bukan hike up fee kesihatan. Ada banyak cara lain. Naikkan fee dari RM1 kepada RM15, memang kurang orang datang ED, collateral damage termasuklah orang yang betul-betul perlukan rawatan tapi tak mampu bayar RM15. Are we ready for that?

Tukar on call kepada shift system tak menyelesaikan masalah selagi isu utama tak diselesaikan; tambah MO. Apa ingat shift system tak boleh disalahguna? Double shift dua kali seminggu, in between double shifts kena kerja lagi. Stop shifting the main issue. Pun totally intended.
