It was mostly water. But on days I felt weak I had gatorade zero for the electrolytes, sometimes I sneaked in my fav Pepsi zero… you got this bae💕🫶

I don’t see it as discipline:) I did research about it and watched YouTube videos beforehand… water fasting is actually really healthy if done correctly🫶😊 hope this helped

I gained 20lbs in the past 3 months from binging, I think i was able to lose that much bcuz it was mostly bloating and just cutting sugar out. I was surprised with the number to😅
Umm so I’m thinking of extending my fast… currently doing 9 days but why not do 14, I’m still fat so my body can just eat the fat from my thighs like ughhhhhh

Beside feeling weak on some days, I noticed my temper was super short but also some days I was full of energy and adrenaline soooo kinda depends on the day
I’ll never understand living in the US… like it’s normal for women to weigh 100lbs/90lbs in parts of the world but god forbid u say that here and it’s like saying u wanna kys
