He is 35 but played like a 25-year-old! Passing accuracy was at 88%, with four interceptions and eight recoveries. But most important of all, he was a colossus in the middle. Anyone would hate facing him. He reminds us that simplicity is enough to devastate you.

Whatever the outcome, you will remain our champion, Ziyad! What they did was unsportsmanlike. Why do it after the six attempts when they should have done it earlier? I feel for him, but he always says this, "Don’t get yourself stressed, enjoy life." He will bounce back.

I understand the disappointment. Vietnam and Indonesia may have lost their first matches but they fought well against sides higher ranked than them. In Malaysia’s case, it's the way we set up that was baffling. That first 35 minutes was shocking. Can't brain, to be honest.
