City Housing Inc was absorbed by Tenderloin Housing Clinic in 2004. Ana Arguello was immediately canned and replaced because she DID try to intervene in addictions. She was not compatible with "Housing First" @JoaquinPalomino @TrishaThadani @garciaruize
