Recording police interactions is lawful, but apparently, CCSD doesn’t train their officers to understand the basic tenets of the First and Fourth Amendment and believes this is better. A year of litigation to confirm CCSD PD lied and lacks accountability. Nevada deserves better.

Approximately 2 in 3 third graders in our school district aren’t reading proficiently, but there are parents who legitimately believe their elementary aged child is learning critical race theory in school (law level course) and you can’t convince them otherwise. Truly mad times.

The @ACLUNV is seeking a formal investigation via @NVSOS into coordinated partisan election efforts in Nye County. Nye County's interim clerk allowing a gun-toting, Nye County GOP leader to remove and question an observer should be a red flag to all who support democracy.

Without the camera footage, the story of Tyre’s murder wouldn’t have been told and another Black man would have been beaten to death by police while having his character denigrated thereafter. No intervention. No aid. Just brutality. Horrific, unconscionable, and disgusting.
