In UU, the power system makes it so you don’t get stronger by just getting physically stronger. In order to level up, negators have to expand their interpretation of their powers. This means that powerups tend to directly tie to character development. 12/28

This evolution leads Feng to save Shen, and he manages to turn the tide against VII and complete the quest in a way that thankfully has no casualties. Also ideally Feng stops trying to fight Fuuko at the drop of a hat but that might be asking for too much honestly. 25/28
