So proud of my colles fracture reduction, even more proud of my hematoma block, did one yday and d patient didn’t feel a thing. Same day went ahead to reduce a dislocated elbow. The ED conso had to call me to a room and told me how I’m gonna make a good orthopedic surgeon.

I just read that nausea and vomiting in pregnancy may be an evolutionary protective mechanism to protect the pregnant woman and her embryo from harmful substances in food, and that’s why it’s common during early pregnancy when the developing fetus is more prone to harm. Wowza.
