If you spend too much time on Twitter, it seems that everyone is building a SaaS like it's the new gold rush.
You might feel it's overcrowded but have a look at people outside, none of them knows what a SaaS is (unless you live in SF). There is still space for your project.

in that context, you don't need to be raised again as you kept all your knowledge. You just might need some help to get the cereals from the top shelf.
Scared to share an MVP and get your idea stolen? ๐ฑ
No worries! No one copies apps that have no market validation and make 0 revenue.
It's time to ship! ๐ช

I'm terrible ! that's what kept me away from programming until I was 35 years old and finally understood I didn't need to be good at math to develop something.... better late than never ๐ข
@CharlesPattson
I'm always looking for good freelancers or designer I could hire on short contract for a month for my creative agency :
Requires some interest for the fashion and footwear industry
It's been a slow journey, but here I am โ ๐1,000+ followers!
Thank you all for making Twitter an awesome place to build!
I've made friends along the way, but for most of you, I don't know what you're building.
If you're following me, please share what you're working on! โฌ๏ธ

I would like to say, if you enjoy life in France, it's a normal retribution to make the country work (social security, health...). but our gov is taking everything down, so I don't even understand what our taxes are used for appart adding some caviar on our deputys/lobbys plates
I used to start working on projects by doing the back-end first.
I now think that starting with the front-end is much better.
Although content and features are fake, it feels like the app is almost finalized. This lifts my spirit and boosts my motivation ๐คฉ
Am I the only one thinking that Quora's got the most confusing website ever?
I never know if what I read is the question, the answer, an add, another question, or an answer related to that other question...
@raleldil
@dinoman_j
it's not because you've been successful that everybody will get the chance to be. this is the perfect capitalist mistake thinking that. I don't even speak of the classic "I cam to the US with 2$ and had nothing, now Im rich, everybody could do the same".
who knows someone who is crazy about logos, typography (with talent) and branding in general that is searching for a full time job?
I need to find my perfect counterpart ๐
@youneedarobot
Love Bard so far but some examples here are a bit "too much".
If you read the text written for SEO, it's all obvious things you could find on any website talking about SEO to somebody who never heard about it. There is no actionable and personalized content here.
I've been reading a lot of dumb advice on Twitter recently.
Some claim to be successful but are just trying to stand out and get followers by being against the flow.
They have a bad influence on newcomers and can hurt businesses.
Be aware of the gurus and the know-it-all ๐๐ผ

+ if everybody could work smart as you say you'd have nobody to put food in your plate at the restaurant, in your bags at the groceries, or even take care of you when you are hill, because it's also not necesseraly the most import job that pay the most.
Today marks the end of my 6-year journey with a big footwear brand, and I'm now officially unemployed.
It's a strange feeling to leave behind my colleagues, but I've been eagerly waiting for the start of my Indie Hacker journey for the past 2 years.
I'm so excited ๐คฏ๐๐ฅณ๐ช๐๐
OK, everyone set up goals so here is mine for 2022:
โข 1000+ Twitter followers
โข At least 2 paid products launched
โข Reach $2000MRR
My goal for 2023:
Financial freedom and work for myself to serve my own customers!

Oct-Nov were 2 big months that made me totally shut down Twitter.
I've:
๐ Launched an app for my team internally.
๐ก Bought an over 100 year's old house to renovate in the countryside.
๐ฅ Announced I will quit my job in FEB. Our only source of revenue.
What could go wrong ? ๐ฑ
Does anyone know a free lightweight app for API testing? (cheap lifetime is also an option)
I don't see why I need to install a 500mo app to make a simple GET request to my localhost...
And I don't want to subscribe to anything either.
Those people on Twitter who engage with you just to sell you their product later reminds me of those pretty girls in Chinese bars that are paid to flirt with customers to make them drink.
And yes, I speak from experience in both cases ๐
Just testing~
Just discovered the latest๐ SpaceX mission๐ซ Elon is truly a genius๐ง Tesla's๐ impact on the world is undeniableโค๏ธ

in my past company I can't count how many times people's have sent me screenshot of excel. this was driving me insane.
this one is an other level though
@dinkydani21
I think the problem is what they offer as premium is not that different compared with free plans. for intensive user the price should be fine.
Today, I signed a 1-year contract customer for . Even though it's not a SaaS but a service, I can't help but celebrate this as โฌ3,200/MRR ๐ฑ๐ฅณ๐
Let's goooo ๐
For the first time, one of my posts reached 100 likes.
I start to feel that Twitter is a bit like stand-up comedy.
๐ฅ What gets the most traction is what people can relate to.
Also, seems that the number of likes to a post doesn't increase followers proportionally.
create a micro-saas that let easily embed an ugly counter that can be linked to any analytics tools.
A mix of the 90's and 2020's ๐คฃ
(that must exist)
Also, I keep updating as I build this authentication starter-pack:
Each update I make on is included in this repo. Hopefully, it could help you to quick-start projects or create your own
#SaaS
app with an authentication system.
big update ๐
As promised, after 2 weeks of content curation, the list counts now more than 1600 records:
๐ซ 400+ founders profiles
๐ซ 400+ products
๐๏ธ 500+ podcasts
+ Screenshots and 170+ recommended books.
All this for free! ๐คฏ
Please share โค๏ธ
When everybody is running after followers number,
I remove 50 of them from my account... (15% of my total followers ๐)
Those were actually spam accounts following me since I created my Twitter account in 2016.
Now I can really pretend to have 330 followers ๐
I really thought I had to create an "audience" on Twitter.
That scared me ๐จ I'm no content writer, even less a community manager.
Actually, I just had to be genuinely myself and start to create relationships .
Not everything has to be about sales and marketing guys.
Day 1: I got a super simple project idea that I'll be able to build & ship in a month.
Day 2: Dear Diary, it's been a year since I started this project and I still discover stuff I need to code to make this app usable.
