Please join us in prayer for the repose of the soul of Bishop Kevin Birmingham, auxiliary bishop of Chicago. He passed away unexpectedly last night just days before his 52nd birthday. He was ordained to the priesthood in 1997 and to the episcopacy in 2020.

Today, on the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi after whom Pope Francis chose to be called, Cardinal Cupich blessed 600 lunches at St. Sabina Church. He also blessed volunteers who distributed the lunches to senior residential homes.
