my boyfriend supports my ed so unconsciously? i want to try rice cakes he buys them for me. i hyper fixate on calories he makes sure i stay under my limit. i have a list of safe foods he makes sure they’re stocked

i don’t work around food but i generally appetite suppress (coffee, gum, etc) have a small snack at work (<150cals) then my omad after work. if ik what i’m having for dinner i’ll log it all in the morning to help remind that my cals are coming later so dont snack during the day
he does it out of love but sometimes i feel so guilty that i have this secret that he’s unknowingly supporting 🥺🥺🥺 like he wouldn’t support me ⭐️ving myself if he knew
