Is it just me or not moving your body clogs your brain activity too?? Wasn’t able to concentrate on studies after I came back from the movie, so I had to do this! Ran 2km; sweated like a bitch but great things take hard work. Now back to studying 🏃🏻‍♀️🌟

tell me if I’m wrong but running on a treadmill is much easier than running outdoors - woke up at 5am w a 4.5hr sleep - went for an outdoor run and forgot to switch NRC from indoor to outdoor - ran 3.4k - 🍎🍐+ protein lassi for breakfast - on day5 of YT study w me!!

just working hard isn’t going to cut it. plenty of folks bust their backs their whole lives and still earn peanuts. You’ve got to aim that effort in the right direction. Think of it as precision hard work—like a laser-guided missile- -not a garden hose.

Dad’s worried I will collapse any day now. Until jan I couldn’t run 100m without falling. Now everyday I look like i have been walking in rain. He’s never seen me like this, so he's concerned. I guess it’s a good sign when your parents say they've never seen you like this-

Look what just arrived!! AMUL PROTEIN LASSI Heard a lot of reviews saying it smelled like bleach, but I can vouch for this. tastes amazing easy 15g protein intake 107 kcal in total / 200 ml The consistency is quite thick so I’d recommend pouring it into a glass

why making your bed is important? (a theory) -It’s not don’t waste your time, wake up- do your routine-go to work You could have good or a bad day- On either of days- imagine the feeling of coming into your bedroom and seeing the mess in your bed- I’m sure you will love it.
