Just reflecting on the terrible news about Mike Hammond. His last game was for GB v Italy in the Worlds and was Hammy at his best. Goal and two assists; Best Player award. A fine legacy. Very happy I was there to see it. Can’t believe he’s gone. RIP Mike

I think the Adam Johnson Memorial Game is a great idea. A game for everyone - players, coaches, refs, fans - to see how we feel and hopefully get back into being at a game. Big gratitude to Manchester for agreeing to take part in this

I get edgy every time there’s a scramble in the crease; when players, particularly the goalies, are down on the ice, amongst the skates, trying to clear the puck. And seeing Jonathan looking like he hasn’t slept for a month 😒. So difficult atm…
