Just over a week ago my parents left for a nice break in the Lake District, today I have been to the mortuary in Barrow to see my dad who passed away suddenly yesterday morning. Cherish every minute as you never know…..love you dad 🥲x

A few years back I was asked to take a PDC session at Ipswich Town. At the end of the session we were having a game when this young lad just joined in the game, what I saw was something special. Tonight he is part of @Arsenal first team squad, that lad was @10marceloflores 👏👏👏

June 2015 just over 12 months after her initial diagnosis and only a couple of days after her last radiotherapy session Ali ran the #RaceForLife mud race in Ipswich raising well over £2000, happy to say all is good and Ali was recently given the all clear 💖

Son tells Dad he wants to fly in the RAF, Dad builds son a flight sim, son says he wants to do something to raise money for the NHS. Son takes off from Brize Norton at 19.00 yesterday, ETA to Ascension his final destination 18.40 today. Son has raised £549 so far.....

@_DannyJones10 @DazGK Sadly most don’t see the bigger picture in that we are also bloody good outfield coaches too, most don’t realise we have to do our outfield badges before we can gain a Goalkeeping qualification and therefore the benefit to a team is massive having us on board!
