During the worst of Covid my team went about 15 weeks straight without a day off. No one hit anyone. Actually at our daily 7pm meeting during that time we went around the room to offer something positive. So…you know…spare me.

In NYC, I've had lunch at tables of 10 at which I realize I'm arguably the least smart person there. That never occurred in Chicago. You have to work your butt off in NYC because everybody there is very sharp, very ambitious. 2/

Illinois has highest state & local taxes in nation. Determined to stay #1 , state increased taxes over $1 bil. in a record $53 bil budget, 32% higher than when Pritzker took office. Big winners-teacher unions & migrants. Legislature then awarded themselves a raise. MADNESS!
