More than 2 years ago, I found myself being a single parent. I had 3 children who seemed more composed than I was. It was terrifying. I couldn’t make sense of my life so I went back to the drawing board. We held a family meeting and filled our vision board.

One of the smartest things I did last year and continued into this year was opening Treasure chest accounts for each of my kids. I applied for K200 to be deducted from my account into each child’s account. They are each standing at about K2600 each and I am so proud of myself.

Took my baby to braid her hair at Chilenje Market. I delayed to take her food because errands. Grabbed wings and chips from Capello’s, got there only to be told she ate nshima with beans with the Hairdresser. I said cool. Character building. 😂😂Elo don’t come for me. 😂

One thing about being a parent, I love watching my children. I live with them but once in a while, it’s like they grew taller overnight. I watch them when they are asleep, talking, laughing, eating. I’m always like I made these humans🥰😂Look at that gorgeous skin, eyes, hair 😂
