2. Exercising ! Working out can be exhausting and many people don’t like to workout (and i’m one of them..). Sadly, not working out might slowdown your progress. What worked for me was 10K+ steps everyday,15-20 minutes workouts and later on when i was lighter, pilates !

1. Restricting ! I used to eat at a 800cals limit (often eating only 500-700 cals) with NO metab days and at least a 48h fast a week (either 2 days a row or 2 days separately).

Tips : You have to know the calories of EVERYTHING you eat to not over estimate or underestimate. I assure you it will make your life so much easier, especially to know how much cals you burned or have to burn.

Since it was summer, my intake was mainly salads,veggies,meat and a ton of smoothies.If you’re not being careful smoothies can be VERY high calorie. I usually would make a smoothie around 250 cals MAX in the morning and then omad.

Obviously i am not perfect and i would sometimes overeat, after overeating i would either exercise purge (youtube workouts or go on a walk) or purge (wich i DO NOT recommend, it’s dangerous,it can literally kill you and so much more). By eating like that i lost 0,6kgs everyday

Working out, especially cardio helps you to burn a lot of calories (wich is the goal when you’re in a calorie deficit) and pilates helps you to tone your body without gaining muscle weight!

About : Side effects? I don’t recall having a lot of side effects BUT the side effects i did have were somewhat annoying, i was ALWAYS tired and very weak, i couldn’t lift things as heavy, i would lose my balance a lot, i was irritable, i would get dizzy a LOT

About : Binging ? The month i lost 20kg i didn’t binge at all, only overate a little. BUT the month after was really hard for me because i binged quite a bit. Since i have a sweet tooth, most stuff i used to binge on were sugary foods. To avoid it as much as i could

I would either eat a fruit, or a second serving of my omad (better to know how many cals than to just binge 1k+ cals). If i did binge without knowing how many calories, i would instantly exercise purge as much as i could (go on a LONG walk if i could or 30min + workouts)
