therapists will make u do loads of different strategies to help with panic attacks/anxiety but repeating لَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِٱللَّٰهِ is quicker yet does wonders to settle the heart and mind الحمد لله 🥲

motivation is not what moves us, it’s discipline! Make for yourself things that you will not neglect: praying on time, sunnahs like duha and witr, and reading portions of the Qur’an with contemplation every day. In times of strength or activity, increase it as much as you can :)
