Sending FTL (Full Truck Loads) is the quickest way to scale. If you're currently doing SPD (small parcel delivery. UPS, USPS) the goal is to start sending pallets LTL (less than truck load) if you're already doing LTL the goal is to send out FTL (full truck loads)⁣

Retail arbitrage helped us build our business early on but, If you want to scale you need to pivot and move a percentage of your business to wholesale.⁣ Then slowly increase your wholesale business until RA is a thing of the past.⁣⁣
