“Three! Three sales in a month! The chances of that happening, given my prior closing rate, were less than 1%!” This is the news my client Dan Sanz shared with me on our latest catch-up call 🚀 Before working with us, Dan had spent the best-part of a year only making a new sale

In my first year at university, I failed my exams. But, just a few weeks ago, I graduated from Cambridge with a 1st class degree, ranking 4th in a cohort of 161. The difference? I discovered a morning routine that skyrocketed my productivity:

99% of people approach cold outreach with the wrong mindset. It isn't just a means to make sales, it's an incredibly powerful MARKET RESEARCH tool. Every single objection or rejection is a valuable opportunity to learn about your target market and refine your offer as a result.

"Discipline >> Motivation" Here's why that's not quite true... The neurochemistry of focus boils down to 3 key chemicals: 1. Adrenaline - Provides energy 2. Acetylcholine - Focuses energy on a specific thing 3. Dopamine - Allows this focus to be sustained over time All 3 are

Behaviour Hacks (For Entrepreneurs): Lesson 1 🧠 People are always looking for the opportunity to place their own responsibility into someone else's hands. This is for 4 reasons: 1. It provides an excuse to avoid the pain of hard work 2. It numbs the pain of not having answers

The rate at which neurons can package and release dopamine molecules is limited. Why is this significant? Dopamine is a finite resource. In any given period of time, there is a limited 'budget' of motivation, focus, and enjoyment that you can experience. The secret to living a

Red pill and pickup artistry effectively teach men how to fake attractive signals in the short term. When you don’t know someone well, it’s hard to distinguish fake signals from honest ones, which is why this stuff works. But, following this advice is a terrible idea…

The best way to make someone want to listen to you, is to repeat their problems back to them better than they can describe themselves. Do this during a sales call to build trust, or the start of a video to improve retention. It's a very effective tool to learn.

Don't reward talent, reward effort. Kids who are praised for their effort grow up to work harder and become more successful than children praise for their intelligence. Learning to value effort rather than outcome is key to developing a healthy relationship with performance.

@TheHarbonator If you’re working in blocks of 60+ minutes you want to give your brain a rest between and a chance to defocus, so avoiding chess would be best for productivity. Generally you also want to defocus visually, look at things further away from you, so chess would be bad for that too.

Here's how to start understanding yourself: 1. Journal A LOT. Write what you feel, then try to explain why. 2. Recognise patterns in your behaviour, responses, and defence mechanisms. 3. Stop lying to yourself. Be completely honest about what motivates your actions.

Reason 4: The most attractive signals are honest are difficult to fake. Red pill and PUA tactics will only get you so far, and will never result in the truly magical levels of attraction a woman can have for you if you put in the hard work and develop yourself.

Example: If your partner does something that upsets you, don't jump straight to "why would he/she hurt me like this?", instead start with "what is it about me that means I feel hurt?". Often, you'll find there are things about yourself that require real work (e.g attachment).

THREAD (1/8) Here is a CRUCIAL way to raise your testosterone levels that no one really talks about📈 If you're doing everything else right, but your testosterone is still lower than you'd like, this should explain why...

(3/8) Men with higher testosterone have more energy, more drive, more motivation, are more likely to seek out higher status, more likely to take risks, and more ambitious. Primate studies also show that higher testosterone males are more likely to defend their status level.

Ideologies tend to spread not because they're true, moral, or helpful; but because they easily appeal to a large group of people. Humans often have a bias to absorb simple ideas that make them feel good, whereas real truth takes effort to discover, and is often hard to swallow.

Never just assume your feelings are logical, fair, or correct. If you become frustrated, upset, or agitated with someone; instead of jumping straight to thinking "How can I understand this person? Why did they do that?", always start with understanding yourself.

3 popular ideologies that inaccurately oversimplify very complex issues: 1. Climate change is the biggest threat to mankind, we need to end all fossil fuel consumption now. 2. There are more differences between groups than within them. 3. Equity trumps equality of opportunity.
