I took my Not-We to the Planet. He wasn’t impressed. He asked if there was one of those chairs that they have for men while their wives look at lingerie

I had to go to A&E last week, made me sign in at a terminal THEN go back to reception. How do people who can’t walk or whose arm is hanging loose manage!?

It’s what the wealthy do. Their railways don’t get closed. Their bus routes don’t get withdrawn. Their post offices stay open. They get to see doctors for longer. Authorities listen to them.

What’s immediately noticeable is the number of white people involved. Not the way the right wing pundits were reporting on it.
@RichardVaughan1
I weep for this country. Our one serious attempt to upgrade the rail network for the next couple of centuries and we fucked it...for NOTHING.
@miffythegamer
It was the people who attended the hen and stag dos that made me laugh! Ooooh a 21 year old couple are getting married, who shall we ask? Albert Tatlock and Betty Turpin!
A nephew just posted a far right poster about “illegals” on Facebook. I was incandescent. I just commented “you are better than this.” I hardly see him now, and frankly don’t give a fuck if I don’t see him again. Not if he’s now THAT sort of person.

He could probably point to you how well some very left of centre countries are doing in Europe, that don't bankrupt their people because they can't afford healthcare, don't have massive prison populations, and and healthier happier and more propserous per captia than the USA.
So that's both shoulders, one ankle, one wrist, and a tickly cough giving me gip today. After several years of head troubles, Covid x 2, food poisioning, Guillane Barre Syndrome and two accidents. You'll forgive me for not being Mr Cheerful.
@premnsikka
Cos it will cost the state a lot to buy them, and will transfer the cost of maintenance to the state balance sheet, and the press will scream, "rail nationalisation costs taxpayers billions". Far better to require GBR to buy NEW fleets themselves in future than now.
@JonathanPieNews
What choice does he have? This was always gonna happen. Anyway...I would wager most of the people there shouldn't be there, but receiving treatment or rehab.
Went to East Grinstead. Went in the Bluebell Railway shop. Left my brand new thermal cup there.
Messed around with breaks and East Croydon stoppers.
Went back to East Grinstead. Went in the Bluebell Railway shop. Found my brand new thermal cup still sitting where I left it yay.

Too many lines connected by 15mph curves…if only we could build a few two level interchanges. And ditch the idea they every station has to serve two terminals or two different routes. Making 2 of the 4 Hayes trains go via Lewisham has ruined the turn up and go frequency.
I understand when higher profile people don’t reply on Twitter, but the lack of engagement from some is disappointing…there seems little point following 🙁
Going to lock the account in about a week as was my plan for this “new” account. I think everyone who followed me before who is likely to re follow me has done so. Please tell your Doctor Who/gay/railway/political friends to follow me if they used to, I’m quite nice really.

I’ve never heard him speak before. He’s got a classic curtain twitching-petition-to-stop-new-homes-we-don’t-want-foreigners-in-this-area voice.
