This is Nico’s mom. It’s been a week and he’s still missing. Please look in your backyard and the woods around your house. Nico is probably weak and dehydrated. He might seating in a lotus position. He is gentle and kind. Please help. If you help we will find him. Thank you
Why reproduce the results of papers before they are published? We cannot afford to provide inaccurate information that could negatively impact policies and the individuals affected by them. Our experience shows that only 16% of results, graphs, and charts reproduce as reported.
Cash transfer programs are associated with reductions in mortality of children under five and women. Effects are larger for widespread programs with larger transfer amounts 👇🏾

After doing this for many years, we have a pretty good idea on the value added of experimental research. Small investments in research of less than 1 percent of project value buy us large increases in development impact of more than 50 percent. That’s a lot.
Today I had the pleasure of welcoming the class of 2022 McNamara Fellows: 11 exceptional young professionals selected out of 1100 applicants to experience economic development research in the making and find their ways towards making a difference! So exciting.
