Finally visited one of the lads in my Death Penny collection. The wonderful Ploegsteert Memorial. Found in a skip its now shown to Army Recruits when on tour & sits on my bookshelves in pride of place with my other Pennies. Ernest was in the Border Reg & died on 14 April 1918.
