Property offenders know little if anything will be done to hold them accountable for their criminal conduct, hence as seen they have absolutely no fear. Engaging in organized criminal activity which is what this should merit prison time but not in the new era of criminal justice

When I asked Harris County Pre Trial Services about bond violation reports for defendants who violated their electronic monitoring conditions I was told they currently do not keep records. In addition there are no records how many defendants have had their bond revoked
