Happiness and fulfillment go hand in hand. Happiness is fleeting. Fulfillment is the process of living a valued life, where one pursues things that they are passionate about.
I know it’s scary to face the truth of ourselves and what we have to work on, but if you have someone who’s not afraid to tell you about the negative parts in your personality to help you overcome them, don’t lose them.
Being able to recognize your own value and having the guts to leave anything that doesn't align with your worth is a sign of self-respect. The key is to know your worth and to never settle for less.

When I look back at my pictures years ago and see how fat I was just make proud of myself. I used to be sick and tired of my body shape till the end of 2016 when I made it to the gym and dropped my weight from 90+ kg to 60 kg while no one else motivated me except myself 🏆🥇

The more choices we're given, the less happy we end up being. Social media tricks us into thinking we have unlimited choices but in reality its rare enough to find someone that meets our essential criteria.
Something I’ve learned recently was to not set myself on fire to keep others warm. This helped me realize that it's okay to ignore the demanding nature of people around us whether its friends, family or coworkers. You do not owe anyone your sanity.
