After 6 states, now Puducherry Govt. Whip has filed a Petition in SC, to #PostponeJEEAndNEET Many states are supporting them. This itself shows that majority of the states are NOT prepared to implement #NEETJEE SOPs on ground, which is a serious cause of concern for students!

MHA has filed its Response in our #UGC matters, supporting UGC decision. MHA has clarified that despite MHA Unlock-3 Guidelines, UGC can still conduct final year exams. We are fully ready with our legal arguments. Final year students will get Justice in Supreme Court tomorrow.

I have just spoken to the Minister of Education suggesting that NEET and other exams be conducted after Deepavali. The SC order the other day is not a bar since the Hon’ble Court has left the date to the government. I am sending an urgent letter to the PM just now.

No listing date in 6 State Ministers’ Review Petition! In Kasab, Nirbhaya, Raj. Exam etc., Urgent Listing was allowed within hours. In UGC, Migrant etc., cognizance was taken by SC despite initial refusal. State Govts must directly file fresh Petition & get it listed Urgently!

In our #UGC case, I have submitted our Written Submissions in SC. Apart from raising specific legal grounds for cancellation of final year Exams, we have also specifically countered UGC arguments. The final order is likely to be pronounced on Monday or Tuesday in the next week.
