Getting familiar with the Multimaterial capabilities of the #PrusaXL Side handles in PLA and a middle PETG spring. PLA and PETG don’t stick to each other but the XL does a great work printing the interlocked shapes so the parts stay connected. Let’s see if we can go up a notch…

People keep asking in my videos why I'm making a bigger printer if I already have one. I thought this was settled. These brackets in here are being printed in the MkIV and will be installed in the new printer, so it is clear that I need a bigger printer to print a bigger printer.

The filament broke through the PTFE? tube and the entire spool went trough that crack. At least the filament runout sensor stopped the printer once the spool was finished 😂 This is a new one for the books.
