Once you stop posting and snapping regularly on I.G you just never go back to doing it. You also realise how sharing every detail of your life from the moment you wake up everyday isn’t normal and you feel over exposed, also it makes complete strangers over familiar with you.
a lot of people would rather see others suffering to boost their self esteem and it’s odd. if someone’s content makes you feel insecure, stop viewing their content or better yet but your phone down and spend time working on your own flaws
I think the whole concept that people need to be "real" by posting their flaws + faults online - broadcasting their L's to the entire world - to make other people feel secure is kind of wild if we really sit + dissect it

it’s not about the earths rotation. it’s about achieving your goals at a faster more productive rate than if you were to make a “new year’s resolution” within the 12 weeks you super focus on your goals and make the proper changes while holding yourself accountable
meeting new people is cool because i had no idea you existed until this moment and you have an entire life of your own that i can’t even begin to imagine
