I've hit my ugw of 38kg (bmi 14s) a week ago. I cannot do raves anymore, which i used to love and where i felt like i was alive. a part of me has died. i know recovery is hard but i can only advise to try so hard to please maintain at a 'safe' bmi, you deserve to live a life <3
