The less I started to expect from my parents the happier i am, been more grateful than ever, started to not take everything for granted, to be able to value smaller things. Their hustle to provide us a better life itself is a motivation for us to work harder everyday.

I have carried out searches for this :-
Do workouts
Get adequate sleep
Dont stress
Bath your scalp with shampoo
Massage your scalp with oil
Do handstand or wall handstand to encourage blood circulation at that area.
Last option if all above doesn't work, apply minoxidil

3. Chess : learning new opening I'll make it stronger
4. Watching podcasts and interviews

20 years from now you would give anything to be this age , have this time, be this healthy . Go do some main character shit with your life. Let mortality alone be your motivation.
If i ever had a 2nd life, free from responsibilities i would dedicate myself to astronomy and theoretical physics, starring out over the stars while also making a difference in science and doing human welfare and animal services but
