23yr old is involved in a RTA and sustains blunt abdominal injury. She is a responder with a MAP of above 70 bt continues with a falling HB. Initial fast is postive for minimal fluid in the pouch of Morrison, solid organs are intact. There is no retroperitoneal bleed. Next step?
