At 30, Kyle experienced a rare brainstem stroke causing a condition called locked-in syndrome. He traveled from AZ to receive care and has celebrated many new milestones, including crossing a 5K finish line on the anniversary of his stroke. Learn more:
In 2020, Annie became paralyzed from the neck down. She traveled from Michigan for 12 weeks of our DayRehab Program. Then, she returned to complete her nursing internship, working with some of the team members who had helped her.
