Sharing all court orders till now related to Ali Muhammad Sagar sb's detention. Apart from the first order, the subsequent orders are consistent with the obdurate approach of the govt. in filing a counter affidavit. The delay from the govt is ostensibly an evasion of justice.

Four years ago, on this day Jenab Ali Muhammad Sagar inaugurated #Bab - #ul - #Iqbal gate, the gateway to Shahr E Khaas. It remains a symbol of developmentalism concieved by the former MLA & initiated in the 2010 Omar Abdullah govt to develop Brari Nambal lagoon as a water park.
