falling into sin = falling into sin believing that the sin is not a sin/justifying the sinlessness of the sin = falling into kufr. only Allāh ﷻ makes laws, when you make laws contradicting His and believe it, you have committed apostasy.

it is. if one cannot find a more formal setting then he can at least be attending mosque lessons between maghrib and ishā’ or after subh as most mosques do, even if it means leaving your area one will learn something new everyday. never stop seeking, never stop learning.
