How many expelled and how many let off with a warning @jonlansman ? Did you use the “code of conduct” that’s still not consulted on? Have you told the complainants the outcome? Who was on the panel, and have they done their training? Why do so many racists join our Party?

This is a lie. I sat on a panel this month which imposed several expulsions under the new rapid expulsion powers which were proposed by Jeremy & approved @ Conference. C4 Fact Check must immediately remove this. They’re supposed to be checking facts not spreading untruths

Absolutely sickening that as a country Britain spends £45 million on poppies to feel good and help a worthy cause while 13,000 ex veterans are homeless. When was the last time the Royal British Legion challenged the government on homelessness and public services? Joke.

Wow. This is incredible. We’ve gone from the Party insisting that there was no political interference within the disciplinary process, to one of its Executive Directors suggesting the Party sue *itself* to stack the composition of a panel on a high profile case.

NEW: Allies of Karie Murphy responded to The Times story last week by demanding colleagues sign a statement accusing union reps of leaks and denying bullying claims. So Labour staff passed a resolution saying it represented "an attack on every single one of us"

Doesn’t appear that the Party are quite aware how bad this situation is. NEC Officers (Unite dominated) continue to withhold the Party’s reply to the EHRC and refuse a discussion about the legal and political consequences. Total breakdown of governance and moral leadership.

I don't understand how the Shadow Equalities Secretary thinks the statutory EHRC investigation into Labour institutional antisemitism is an advisory body to help improve policy, rather than an inquiry into potentially criminal violations of equality law.

Lisa Forbes is a symptom of institutional racism. Last year @JewishLabour made 19 practical suggestions to the Labour Party to fix antisemitism. One of them was making sure candidates backed IHRA. This is not what happened in Peterborough (1/3)

Repeat after me: The JLM was founded in 2004. This is a fact. Look at the historical record if you don't believe me. Revisionist nonsense about it being "99 years old" is calculated spin adding fuel to the "crisis" smears. They only started claiming this in 2015/2016.
