This year's give hope project , @neemahjinadu and I brought the idea of having a sex ed talk and sharing sanitary pads to teenage girls in the community and with the help of our organizers and sponsors we were able to share over 5000 pads in our first year of having a pad rally.

One thing you can never go wrong with in Med school, putting alcohol as a risk factor for almost any disease condition. I won't say stop eet oo but try to reduce it or better still never start drinking it.... But it's just my opinion,right? 😐
