The craziest thing about it is when other people attack you for having integrity. It’s almost as if basic empathy is some sort of revolutionary thing. It’s not normal to be this desensitised.

It’s actually a form of emotional abuse and can wreak havoc on your nervous system depending on the time the ghosting goes on for. The longer it goes on for means more damage especially if the person experiencing it has CPTSD/abandonment wounds. It can undo years of therapy.
