Majority of people in Kashmir valley are teetotallers since ages. Thus, allowing sale of beer & RTD in departmental stores isn't a welcome step. In a time when drug abuse has already menaced the society, youth are susceptible to its ill effects. This decision must be revisited.

In my view, J&K has never had a more out-of-depth #Governor than this person. Mr. @KapilSibal subtly takes him to task over the powers he wielded as Guv. His lacking competence as statesman stands terribly exposed. Couldn't even think how he managed the state of affairs in J&K.

Our water bodies are witnessing a slow death & today I was shocked to see that murky untreated water was drained out into #Jhelum through a gate operated by Irrigation and Flood Control Department. The colour difference is quiet noticeable but its stink was extremely odious.
