In Amsterdam now and I am incredibly impressed that no matter what bar/restaurant you go to there is a non-alcoholic option for you. Everything from non-alcoholic beer to chardonnay to wine to really well made mocktails. There are options and it's great!

I FINALLY made a shokupan loaf (aka Hokkaido Milk Bread) properly!! It has that fluffy tearable texture and light sweetness to it. Little burnt at the top b/c was too close to the heat source but otherwise, it's perfect! Can't wait to have this for breakfast this week.
