Update on workouts: I go consistently for 2 weeks, then stop for 2 weeks, eat all the bad stuff and then i go back to gym 2 weeks. This cycle really needs to stop 😒.. However, the best part of having put on extra weight is that I look like someone you shouldn't mess with 😂👊
