Initially, trading is all about staying in the game until you find “your trade”. Focus on your process. Adhere to you rules as if it meant your life depends on it. Because your longevity as a trader actually does depend on it. As always, this is and will always be a mental game

As a trader, every day you must coach yourself. Fight your negative thoughts. Fight your inner voice that says to quit and you can’t win. Fight that voice that says this is another losing trade. Every day savage discipline! Every day, 1% better... (no trading this week for me)

Visualize yourself succeeding. What are your exact actions? They should all be planned in advance. Verbalize out loud. Always have a positive mindset. Regardless of outcome, I will make a profit or it will be a learning day. You got this 💯 (unknown trading status, vacation)

@CyberDog2 In general my trades immediately go, or I cut them. End of Story. Will I reenter? Yes, on a perfect setup? How many times? 2 to 3. Until when? I have my per trade loss limit. OR my daily loss limit. How many losing days in 2022? NONE, I had 2 learning days 🔥🔥🔥

$SPY one min charts, large gap up. FOMC meeting today. Difficult for me today to assess bias, trend, direction. Though I missed a trade or two, I chose to sit on my hands, no trades. Capital preservation is always the highest priority. No trades

Be extremely selective, only take A+ setups! Stop trading if nearing your daily goal. Your journal shows overtrading leads to a losing day. Without greed, you’ll have a higher percentage of winning days leading to profitable months! Months turn into years (No trading, vacation)

As a trader, every day you must coach yourself. Fight your negative thoughts. Fight your inner voice that says to quit and you can’t win. Fight that voice that says this is another losing trade. Every day savage discipline! Every day, 1 percent better...

Scarcity has no place in trading. We must be at peace with our finances and allotted account. “Scared money don’t make money”😂 This can manifest itself into anger and revenge trading. An abundant #mindset leads to focusing on our #process and #discipline (No trading, other job)

$SPY lots of digestive action. Nothing met my parameters. Always better to be conservative than to have a losing day. Planning is part of your Process. Executing is part of your Discipline. Always better to wait. *No trades*

You will either fail from inaction or fail by taking action. With the latter, at the end of it, you will come out with valuable lessons that will make the next attempt much easier. Remove this "fear of failure" from your mind. Red days are normal in trading and should be accepted

During my consults I ask to see the traders’ journals. Writing down your emotions is extremely important to your process & discipline. The weekend is the time to review this goldmine of data. Be relentless with your desire to become consistently profitable. No days off #TheStrat
